My Story
Improving your life,
one pergola at a time
My name is Eddie Osorio, and I am the owner and craftsman behind PergolasPro. Before building pergolas professionally, I worked in several fields that shaped the way I approach every project today — as a carpenter, welder, steel factory worker, 911 dispatcher, and in schools, nursing homes, and emergency medical facilities.
Those experiences may seem different, but they all taught me the same things: patience, precision, communication, problem-solving, safety, and doing the job right even when no one is watching.
Today, I bring all of that into PergolasPro. For me, a pergola is not just wood and screws — it is a custom outdoor space where families can relax, gather, eat, celebrate, and enjoy their home in a new way. Every project matters because it is being built at someone's home, for someone's family, and with their trust.

Carpenter & Welder
Hands-on experience in carpentry and welding — plus years in steel factories — gave Eddie the structural knowledge to build pergolas that are strong, aligned, and built to last.
Emergency Services & Healthcare
Working as a 911 dispatcher and in emergency medical facilities taught Eddie to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and take responsibility seriously.
Schools & Community
Supporting students with disabilities and working in schools and nursing homes shaped Eddie's approach to communication — patient, clear, and always respectful.
